Aadhar – Citizen Charter

  1. As per the letter dated 12.2024 from the Hon. Director, Department of Information Technology, Mantralaya, Mumbai, the old Existing Aadhaar kit has been replaced according to Priority No. 1 and 2. (Click here to view Letter.)
  2. List of Aadhaar VLEs to whom the kits have been replaced. (Click here to view List.)
  3. The process of activating the replaced Aadhaar kits is underway, and once activated, the old kits will be collected and disposed of as per government norms.
  4. A request for additional Aadhaar kits sent to the government. Upon receipt of the kits, advertisements will be issued and Aadhaar centers will be approved as per Priority No. 3.
